Scott Axon has over 30 years of entrepreneurial, management and brokerage experience. He has been a Merger and Acquisition Manager and Business Broker professional for over 20 years and is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Prior to being a broker, he owned two technology firms; the first was sold to a Boston investment banking group as part of a NASDAQ IPO. The second, an offshore software development company based in Tegucigalpa Honduras, was sold to an international consulting firm. Scott is also an active director of America’s Incredible Pizza Company, a national restaurant franchisor, where he heads up franchise development and investment funding. Scott is a licensed broker with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, is a member of M & A Source, and holds the professional designation of Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
