Wayne’s entrepreneurial nature is reflected in his past personal ownership of ten (10) different businesses, all of which enjoyed positive growth under his leadership. Additionally, Wayne served as Division President of one of the largest flat-rolled steel distributors. He spent time as the COO and Director of a large NYSE firm.
Still actively involved as a commercial real estate investor and developer, Wayne is also a shareholder and Bank Director of the #1 SBA lender in Southwest Missouri.
