Serving in operational and administrative positions from entry level to senior management, Tim has over 30 years of business experience primarily with closely held family businesses. His experience includes accounting, manufacturing, IT management, as well as sales and marketing. Additionally, he has served on various boards and committees of non-profit charitable foundations and organizations.
Tim is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri and holds a BA in Business Administration. He also holds the CBI designation (Certified Business Intermediary) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), having completed advanced study and demonstrated expertise in business valuation, contract negotiations, marketing, acquisition financing and tax and legal issues of business acquisition.
