Charles (Chuck) L. Woolley

Chuck has over 30 years of general management experience with fortune 500 companies. He has served in senior executive level positions for two world-wide consumer products companies. He has served as Board Member, President, and CEO of various companies.

Chuck is an active member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M & A Source. He is also a licensed broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M & AMI).
